The last Tale released, Alliance Reforged gives the Free Peoples player a bigger hand to work with at a somewhat noteworthy twilight cost. Because it is a fellowship phase event it is limited by The Rule of Four. While it can help dig for key cards, one should remember that is often enough to play an extra minion and gauge whether the potential advantage is worth the risk.

• A strong Fellowship, which can shrug off the extra potential danger while preparing a more fearsome hand of Shadow cards
• Strategies which use cards from hand as a resource, such as Arwen, Echo of Luthien, Desperate Defense of the Ring, and Streaming to the Field
• A last-ditch effort to prepare for a Shadow victory

• Situational card, as it increases risk without directly increasing survival
