Why not simply drop Nertea, MoDG and Long-Knives of Legolas to make this Deck Austrian Format Legal? You won't stand many chances against Fiend or Infi-Gandi...

According to the about thread for Austrian format, MoDG is only on the R-List, so 1 copy's okay. However, you would have to change your Frodo to set 7 or later. Just get rid of Frodo, CH and Long-knives and you're fine for Austrian.

Ah, then all you'd have to do to make your deck Austrian-legal is change your Ring-bearer. Faramir, BOQ seems to fit it well with the threat adding and roaming minions, and you could use No Quicker Path on him in an emergency.

How about Quick As May Be with A Ranger's Versatility or some other wounding events? That way you get wound protection against Mumak Commander, GATS and Black Gate Sentry, among others.

A Ranger's Versality seems awesome, especially when you can play you rivers whenever you want, but I think Ithilien Blade can handle the minions anyway.
