This Eomer is pretty bad. You should think about using another one, TMotR is my favorite. If you want to heal your allies, I'd suggest Well Stored instead. I prefer Eowyn, Theoden, Gamling over the Elite Rider, but each one have their pros and cons. Where is Brego? Where is Firefoot? Your Frodo doesn't have any gear. I would give him Sting, BH and The Tale of the Great Ring.

Where is Arrow-Slits? You need that card at least x2. Possession removal is one of Rohan's strenght.

Also, you have 4 Simbelmine, you don't need to have 3 copies of your companions, 1 copy is enough. Save those card slots for more interesting stuff.

For your shadow, you need at least Dead Marshes x2 (if not x3) or condition removal will rape you in the #$&*@!.

For pure sauron wounding decks (I know ket will probably suggest his Sauron-Gollum deck as he always does, I'm sure it's good too), I like using Orc Bowmen x4. That's a lot of condition, but with Dead Marshes, you should be fine. By the way, you forgot Hate x4.

Keep in mind that you don't need that much minions in such a deck. You basically need one minion to survive during the archery phase for your Orc Bowmen to work and that's enough. I also like Orc Archer Troop and Desert Lord.

I think that you should have 4 Orc Scouting Band, they are the best tracker for wounding decks. Remove some of the Orc Ambusher.

I'm very much intrigued with ket's sauron-gollum deck. however, this is my current build for sauron wounding:

+commons and uncommons

you might seriously want to add a couple of Orc Patrol in that deck...I've actually won a game where in I was against a deck with Galadriel as ring bearer and she was tanking the wounds from my conditions. when she got exhausted, I used Orc Patrol to discard Galadriel's Tale of Gil-Galad. dead ring bearer = win. lol got off easy with that one hehe

Most [good] players don't rely on vitality conditions like Ent Draught or the Tale of Gil-Galad, etc.

But yes, you got off quite easily.

they don't rely on it. probably wasn't expecting that I could discard it. More of carelessness on my opponent's part. but hey, a win's a win right? best to be ready when the opportunity presents itself. hehe and you could use orc patrol to discard healing or wound preventing conditions too:)

like me. I don't use any of those vitality providing conditions besides Ent Draught and The Saga of Elendil in my Fruit Loops and my Anarion Deck. unfortunately, you can't combine both Feared Axeman and Counter of Foes, cus' Counter of Foes with Ring of Retribution and 4x Endurance of Dwarves is just fun (Hate, ket?)
