as I see it, 2011 seems very similar to M10, no really big changes, still some OP cards in there... haven't bought any yet and I'm not sure if I'll go and get some of those.

Whats PLC?

I have to say I havent seen any OP cards? OP cards demand ludicrous money and the only cards besides BSA is Primeval Titan and $35 isnt that much in the MTG world.

I meant OP in a different way. You get cards as cheap and as Commons which usually were Rares and nearly impossible to get, e.g. Lightning Bolt.

Planar Chaos? Yeah, I think that's where it might have started but real brokeness started during Lorwyn times....

Magic has always been high powered. I'm sure I don't know what you mean about brokenness. Tinker, Meddling Mage, Black Lotus, etc- all have been extremely high-power cards.

That's just how MtG is played.
