Okay, here we go, my favorite wounding engine;

3x Orc Butcher
4x Orc Scouting Band
2x Orc Soldier
4x Orc Assassin
4x Orc Ambusher

4x Under the Watching Eye
4x Orc Bowmen
4x Spies of Mordor
2x A Host Avails Little
2x All thought bent On it

Hate and Mordor's Strength are also viable options. It may also be worth putting a siegecraft in for a different format.
 
Add Anduin Banks and they will never go over 5 companions for long. By site 9, they will be exhausted, and easy picking for your Orc Butcher. You can use Emyn Muil to make them have a much harder time with your orc butchers.

Oh, I thought otherwise. Anduin Banks and Emyn Muil are both shadow sites, though, so it still applies.

You're sure this is austrian format you meant and not fellowship, otherwise tiy need more minions, for example Grishnackh and orc cuthroath... Also like zadatek mentioned you do need the hates. And where is Enquea, lom? Almost always a enquea, lom in movie- or fotr-block!

dump a host avails little, all thought bent on it and 2 spies of mordor, i mean it's only 33 cards, ad 4 hate and 2 enquea, Lom, more reliable then a host avails little, dump both butcher fore two more orc soldiers, thats down to 32, if you pair it with dwarves or another cycle freeps then throw in a few you bring great evil, the sauron version of black breath.

Agree on you partiatly, but not with the you bring great evil (though it depends in which format he wants to play it and to be honest I still have no clue on that). I would suggest (3x) Grishnack to get either more cards and faster or make Enquea possibly more threatening. (2x) Orc cuthroat for wounding (also they make a sauron minion not roaming on site 3). And add 2 dead marshes. That together with 2 enquea and 4 hates will hurt enough. Together that are 13 cards. Out:

4x Spies of Mordor
2x A Host Avails Little
2x All thought bent On it
3x Orc Butcher
2x Orc Soldier

Would make:

4x Orc Scouting Band
4x Orc Runner
4x Orc Ambusher
4x hate
2x enquea lom
3x grishnack
2x Orc Cutthroat
2x dead marshes
4x Under the Watching Eye
4x Orc Bowmen

Maybe you want to add 4 extra minions: 4x  Orc Pursuer
To make the deck a little faster


But then again.. He might want to play just fotr-block in that case I agree with you.

I would drop two You Bring Great Evil and two Mordor's Strength for a pair of Orc Patrol and a pair of  Orc Cutthroat.

Don't get me wrong, I love Spies of Mordor.

But... I love Spies of Mordor more in Towers Standard as it can be coupled with I'll Make You Squeak to really prevent double moving.

Most of your minions have Mordor's Strength built into their game text. So I find that card to be superfluous.

I still suggest only two You Bring Great Evil and some Battle of Helm's Deep trackers unless you plan on shuttling this over to the Fellowship boards.
