Actually Gollum lived on a slimy island of rock in the middle of the lake.

Needs to cost more, healing gollum is an awesomely powerful action as every exertion is crucial to him. Up cost to 3 id say.

Spot Gollum to replace the current site with a site from your adventure deck.
If this event is revealed from your hand, you may spot Gollum to replace one of your sites on the site path with a stacked site or a site from your adventure deck.

Just one card for the moment, as we’ve finished off the Gollum part of this culture. Continuing with our theme of culture-crossing, these cards will very soon tie in with the  cards (but we’re not quite there yet). With all the spiders (whom you may remember like Locking people), I just couldn’t resist making a card for Her Ladyship herself, even though she takes no part whatsoever in the Hobbit! So here she is:
 • Shelob, Queen of Spiders
Minion • Spider
Str: 8
Vit: 8
Sit: 8
Fierce. Enduring.
Each time a Spider is assigned to skirmish a Locked companion, it gains terror 1 (or terror 2 if that Spider is Shelob).
Far and wide her lesser broods... her own offspring... spread from glen to glen...

Not quite there. Give her a base terror 2 and then an additional terror 2 and you got a winner.

If you want to tie it in more with the set, you COULD go with one or more of these options:
- Require spotting another Spider to play her.
- Change the ability to "When a Spider is assigned to skirmish a Locked companion, it gains terror 1 (or terror 2 if that Spider is Shelob)."
- Change the culture of this version to , or somehow allow her to gain the culture as well as starting with (perhaps by spotting another Spider or two?). |
