Well, that was fast. Here’s some of Aragorn’s weaponry. Once again, enjoy!
•Knife of the Galadhrim, Foe of Morgoth’s Realm
Possession • Hand Weapon
Strength +1
To play, spot 2 Elves (or Galadriel). Bearer must be Aragorn.
This weapon may be borne in addition to 1 other hand weapon.
At the end of each skirmish involving Aragorn, you may exert him or discard this weapon to exert a minion in that skirmish.
“‘The blade that is drawn from this sheath shall not be stained or broken even in defeat.’”
•Ranger’s Sword, Weapon of Strider
Possession • Hand Weapon
Strength +2
Bearer must be Aragorn.
If the Ring-bearer is wounded, Aragorn is damage +1 (and defender +1 if the Ring-bearer is exhausted).
While the Ring-bearer or 3 Ring-bound companions are assigned to a skirmish, Aragorn gains hunter 1.
“‘You have my sword.’” |

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |

Balanced and quite useful.

Response: If the Ring-bearer takes a wound in a skirmish, Aragorn is damage +1 until the regroup phase.

Erm ok weird card and dont think i would use it but its fair enough and balanced.

Very true, and a for picking up on that. But if you look at the original Knife of the Galadhrim, you’ll see that Decipher’s lore is ALSO from Anduril’s sheath, so I’m just following suit. The lore actually works, as long as you don’t know where exactly it’s from.
Anyone else before we move on to Aragorn’s Bow? |

I have plans for Boromir’s Belt, but not the sheath. Maybe once I make Anduril (my RotK set, The End of All Things), I’ll do the sheath.
So, any more reviews? |

Nice. Although making a wounded ring-bearer work for you is kinda weird. Oh well...at least it kills Morcs |

Great. Thanks for the reviews, all!
Here’s another and another possession for Aragorn. Next time, I think it will finally be time for Boromir to get all his toys. Enjoy!
•Gift of the Evenstar, Star Jewel
Artifact • Pendant
Resistance +1
To play, spot Arwen. Bearer must be Aragorn.
Each time Aragorn wins a skirmish, you may exert an Elf to reinforce an or token (or 2 tokens if that Elf is Arwen).
“...his dark cloak was thrown back, and he seemed to be clad in elven-mail, and a star shone on his breast.”
•Aragorn’s Bow, Bow of the North
Possession • Ranged Weapon
Bearer must be a ranger.
Bearer gains hunter 1.
Archery: Add a threat or discard 2 cards from hand to exert a minion (or wound a minion if bearer is Aragorn).
The longbows of the Dúnedain are simple weapons, but very lethal in skilled hands.
Quite a bit different from the other two versions of his bow (especially since it lacks archer), but I think it holds its own. What do YOU think? |
