I think so yes. Then it can bear a mount and be used if the fellowship moves twice or again if you’re able to heal in another phase still making him rather useful.

Updated. Also banned the Smith and the Lackey and Forced March.

In expanded, I didn’t ban the Smith or Forced March. To easy to kill in expanded.
