Mordor Fiend: Limit twice, or something like that.

Shire countryside: make it unique.

Those stay x-listed. We’re not trying to errata everything, we will ban OP cards and errata "almost made it" cards. Or cards that cultures need to stay alive, like Frenzy of Arrows.

I still think we could just limit the keyward to twice per phase, because there wasn’t any complaining before the wargs, and it seems like less of a major change than to not let him bear mounts.

I don’t play often enough anymore to know what’s broken or not so can’t add much but I just wanted to say I really like that you all are taking the time to do this. When you’re finished I think I’ll use this format during all my games.

I don’t think there should be a limit, that looks tacky. Not being able to bear a mount is the best way to go.

I don’t know, I like the (Limit twice per turn) better, that seems to fit better with the game mechanics, lots of cards have a "Limit" text on them.

Plus if another card heals Keyward somehow, or there’s another card that adds vitality you’re back in the same situation. Limiting it stops it no matter what may be released later.

Event • Whenever
Remove the limit from a card.
Orcs do what they want, when they want (or anyone really there’s no spotting requirement)
