Okay, so here’s where we work on our errata’s for a new format. Cobra format.
This is not PPE format, which means we’re not fixing NPE decks like Dwarf/Sauron discard, we’re simply fixing cards that are basically auto-wins, extremely broken, or cause infinite loops.
I start with the new Faramir / Stewards’ Legacy combo. Errata, "to heal another companion..."
Oh yeah, and make Destroyers and Usurpers culturally enforced. Like, while you can spot 5  minions, or something like that. |

| Or the horn could say take a follower into hand. That way the rule of four is enforced. Though the best way would be like NB said and make new chapter culturally used. |

should frenzy of arrows be changed? to +1 for each follower and a base +1?
and maybe trolls keyward to each troll it twilight cost -2. |

Troll’s Keyward, this minion may not bear a mount.
Frenzy of Arrows should have something like the FP can discard any number of followers to make the archery -2 for each follower discarded. And I think it should also be reduced to -1. But then you have a new card, and thus I think it should just go to the X-list. |

we should have some introduction paragraph like
"Because of the lack of Decipher producing balanced X/R-lists and erratra, and because of the escalation of cards in newer sets, we the players put together this Document for casual play to produce a funner, more balanced playing environment. This format is not designed to solve all the problems of overpowered decks and NPE decks, but simply remove auto-win cards, extremely broken card combinations, and infinite loops from the play environment."
