yeah with condition removal hunters is PPE if you don’t have it is one of the most NPE. gondor wraiths maybe, but with that new bilbo/bailgin/EA/ and swept away you can’t take wounds period. (except for one in skirmish)
Uruk archery isn’t very NPE the only really NPE card is cahadras has not forgiven us add them. |
