Overpowered, like the new frenzy of arrows; ridiculously good cards that are just way too strong to play in a balanced game. |

Well...PPE can also be defined as a deck that’s fun to play yourself, like one with a cool combo. Not necessarily a Tier 1 deck, but a fun one. |
