| I decided to advertise my X-Treme DC contest for a bit, to see if I could get a few more contestants for the next challenge. Every week depending on schedule, I post an intriguing challenge, and after top it off with an pseudo-australian style of voting. The next challenge coming up will be a real blast! Dream Card contest. You basically design a card and type it up in text spoiler format. Then, people vote for the best card, and you win prizes.
Example Dream card (you)
 •Shieldelf, Adherent of Legolas 
Companion•Elf
Strength: 6
Vitality: 3
Resistance: 6
Archer. Hunter 3
While you can spot Legolas, Shieldelf is strength +2.
Skirmish: Exert Legolas to make a minion skirmishing Shieldelf strength -2 until the regroup phase.
I LIKE LEGOLAS!!!!...I wish I could make an army of Legolas

Of course, this card is broken right off the bat, because if you spot Legolas and are skirmishing a non hunter, you are strength 11, for only 3 twilight. And people would tell you that in a DC contest. So...get the hang of it? |

You should print this page out and frame it.  Ok, this is spam, Cobra, you can delete this (not that you need my permission).
Oh, and shieldelf, you copied it before I edited it. I made a couple cosmetic changes, making it unique (unless you wanna clone yourself), and putting skirmish in bold

All right, this might be considered spam, but any mod out there, feel free to move it 
I an announcing that menace64 won the opening round! He won the one ring ring, the binding ring, from Reflections, not to mention fame and riches(in terms of Gold pieces, anyway)
I have started the next round, and it is on of the bigger challenges you’ll be facing. As I said in the thread, I won’t tell anyone what the challenge is yet, but I will tell what the prize is: A Promise from the Mines of Moria Set, a cool card for collecting, or playing.
I hope to get more contestants for the next round, at least 12. |
