Another thing. Orcrist should be one heck of a possession, but you should have to spot Elrond to play it (making it even harder to land), after all, HE was the one who identified the sword as orcrist, wasn’t he?

Well, this card would probably be a little more obvious with an image, but at first, I didn’t realize it was a Shadow possession. When I reread, and saw fierce is when I figured it out.
That makes it much better, but because of that, I think the response ability would be clearer (although very minorly better) like this:
Response: If the Ring-bearer put on The One Ring, transfer this possession to Gollum.

As a Shadow card, this is much more balanced than a Free Peoples card (I was reading it as ’If the Ring-bearer puts on The One Ring, spot Gollum to transfer this possession to the Ring-bearer’ - the only thing that would make it possibly balanced is the fact it requires a specific minion).

Is he intended as a Ring-bearer (from the subtitle, it seems so)? If so, he needs Ringed Resistance.
And if so, what happens to him at strength 14? I think there was something that had to be clarifyed to say that the Ring-bearer couldn’t be discarded, but I don’t remember for sure...

If I’m correct on both parts, I think he’s too strong of a Ring-bearer, with nothing different but the base Resistance between him being a Ring-bearer and a normal companion.
