I have decided to make my own Star Wars Dream Card set inspired by the magnificent work Menace has been doing in Legacy of the Force. The set is going to focus on the force and is very Jedi and Sith culture heavy. I will be using the same cultures, keywords and mechanics as Menace made for his set. Before you flame me I asked his permission to do this first he said it was fine. The reason i chose to do this is because a) his keywords and mechanics are very well thought out and inventive b) it makes more sense to use the same ones rather than everybody making their own. Ok here is the set list.

I was just working on my first expansion, A Wretched Hive, and had just added Delta Squad and some other things you seem to have come up with, too.

Well you can never have too many commando’s as my well...............well actually heard anyone say that but it is true.
Anyway here is a rare for each culture just to get things started.

1 • Deep Lying Hatred [Criminal]
Condition • Support Area
To Play spot Aurra Sing
Each time Aurra Sing is assigned to skirmish a Jedi the Alliance player must exert that Jedi.
"The Lies of the Space Pirates twisted Aurra until she possed a deep lying, insatiable hatred for the Jedi"UF1R

5 • The New Order [Imperial]
Condition • Support Area
Toil 2
Response: Each time you take control of a site you may spot a Jedi to make the Alliance player exert two companions.

its worthless. you pay to exerts and a twilight to make a minion twilight cost -1? is should be play a confedracy minion from your discard pile its twilight cost is minus 1. and only have 1 exertion and no twilight cost.

Here are the first few council members. I decided that if all of them were companions then the Jedi culture would end up with a huge pool of unique characters to choose from and would probably lead to problems so I decided that a select few would be companions and the others would be followers. The council are very wise and can (at least up until the Clone Wars) see the future. So the Council are going to focus on a bit of Deck manipulation.

3 • Ki-Adi Mundi, Jedi Master [Jedi]
Companion • Cerean

Interesting. Do you take as many as you discard, or discard what you like and take what you like? I was a bit confused. It seems a bit overpowered for only one exertion... perhaps make it "At the start of the Regroup phase you may" so players wouldn’t go crazy right before a sanctuary.

Now I see the use of our buddy Agen up there. Seems very powerful, simply adding more cards to your hand, but I suppose it isn’t overpowered.

How would your opponent know how many [Jedi] cards you had in hand? You would have to show them. Seems like an okay card, just don’t make any that discard from your hand during regroup, or that could turn into a serious choke-strength-discard combo.

I like how you’re doing lore already (I’m considering adding lore after I’m done with each set).
I think this is pretty useless for a rare (for any rarity, for that matter). It has potential, but give some kind of action Aurra can use while she’s skirmishing a Jedi.

Change the lore to something that doesn’t include the card title.
It seems too easy. Becoming a Jedi should be hard in any card game, so simply making Luke a Jedi feels odd. I dunno what you could do, though. Maybe make this card deal with something else, like burdens?

Same issue here with the lore as before.
This isn’t worth the exertion to play it. First, it costs 1, so to get any real benefit out of it you’d have to wait a turn. Second, all it does is discard itself for 1 minion at more-or-less the same cost. I’d say make it discard to play a [Confederacy] droid at -3.

Cool title!
Maybe reword that first bit:

Lots of errors in the next part. It should read:
