I’ve never liked the Nine Rings all that much, but this one doesn’t look half bad. Give it to a fierce Nazgul and you’ve got a minor strength bonus and a couple of extra wounds (who would actually choose burdens?) spread around. And of course, the standard "return bearer to his owner’s hand" text can be very useful at times.
Ring of Savagery could combo nicely with the new Ulaire Otsea, Duplicitous Specter, although the old Ring of Rancor might be better. |

Eh, probably my least favorite of all the rings. I prefer Ring of Asperity, since you can choose who gets the wound (as long as they are unwounded when you play the Ring). Ring of Savagery sure isn’t useless, but there are other Rings that I would prefer to use. |

Gates of the Dead city combo. Plus Shotgun Enquea in a corruption deck. This aids in either exhausting companions to blast them with enquea, or adding burdens to corrupt them. Even better if you run threat nazgul as well. I have actually seen a fellowship obliterated by threats wounds after Shotgun Enquea did his stuff (Back when The Dimholt was legal. ) |

What if the hokey pokey really IS what its all about?

I cannot begin to say how good this is. Plop it on the witch king with his beast for 3 exertions or burdens(or better with GotDC as Nbarden mentioned). Simply killer. |

I don’t either. I care about the words though. Savagery is an noun. |
