A mediocre card in my opinion. An occasional skirmish-phase minion exertion just isn’t all that useful in most games, and a threat for each use can be a hefty price to pay. Could be a decent card in the right circumstances, but I was hoping for something much more exciting from Gwaihir. |

It’s not a bad card, but I was hoping for more "speed" from the swiftest eagle... liking being able to play him during a skirmish or something. |

When I came to Abraham I let him live just a moment longer. When I came to Moses I saved his life more than once. But the salmon... I regret to say I had a hand in its death.

he’s so cool. he would be a cool combo with Gandalf’s staff Ash staff(I think EL mentioned that) so a 4 for him. |

They should create an Eagle Keyword in preparation for the Hobbit. I would have to say I am not amazed at this card though. |

Gwaihir should have been a companion instead. |

You know, now I’m not so sure about the idea of companion eagles. Storyline-wise, it doesn’t make a lot of sense. The Eagles never really permanently helped out...instead, they came and went at convenient times to get the Fellowship out of a jam. |

And yet all Círdan did in the films was stand there while everyone else boarded the boat in the Grey Havens. Hmm, someone at Decipher has a bias for Elves... |

Good. That means I get more to run.
Anyway, what about Uri, Sindri, Linnar, Durin III, Thorin III, Radagast, etc.? |
