There will neNOLINKver be 3 threats with only 2 companions... Rolling Eyes

I had forgotten his threat-removal regroup ability though, which probably does make him the best Aragorn for the job.

Well....if there aren’t three threats, aragorn just removes two.

Right -- I was just referring back to the confusion about Aragorn’s possible strength (which would be 7 to 9 in this deck).

Guys, guys, this ring-bearer, is MADE for rangers. Come on, who who lead them story-based? Boromir the dead? Or Isildur the deader?

Gameplaywise speaking, Faramir is as good as Gimli for the job, with the only difference that he’s got extra protection for his rangers, by combining his ability with Pippin or stand to arms. I’ve been waiting for him for 3 long years... Underland

um...the boromir RB + Faramir, Captain of Gondor is better. Especially since that Faramir is almost alway strength 9 (or 12 w/ Ithilien Blade)

Who cares about strength in IB decks? Confused

Maybe you have an interesting, different perspective for an IB deck, but i combine it with archery and (skirmish mainly) wounding.

Well...I have a twist that revolves around end of the game to drop minions. Great healing.

Kinda risky, but with cards that prevent minions from using specials, it shouldn’t be a problem.

Anyway, its kinda a last line of defense in IB.

Check out my decklist for the IB for cobra’s contest.
