My favorite card in the set!
I wouldn’t call it "broken," but it’s certainly very, very good. Strength +2, vitality +1, and damage +1 on an artifact weapon is just solid. And Sword That Was Broken is the best hand weapon for any sort of archery Aragorn. With the old Aragorn’s Bow, that extra vitality is golden; with the newer Aragorn’s Bow, Ranger’s Longbow, STWB wins out by default since Anduril, King’s Blade doesn’t like threats.
For non-archery Aragorns, I’d still go with Anduril, Flame of the West for now. But I can imagine several likely situations -- sites that can’t be replaced, condition-heavy Shadow metas, or site control becoming a viable strategy (which is looking a lot more likely as these Uruk-hai cards are revealed) -- where Sword That Was Broken could easily edge ahead. |

Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. |

hehe... Anduril, Sword That’s Not Broken.
My favorite Anduril so far. The abilities you can trigger when you win a skirmish are very handy, and the stats are great. |

I love the story aspect of the ability, too. Cards like Athelas and Kingsfoil are covered in the one part, and site liberation is covered in the second part. Combined with Aragorn, Defender of Rohan, this could be golden. |

This card is just too good to be true. Same abilities with Flame of the west, only with no other weapon restrictions. Has a great ability as well. The best card in the set. |

very good card!
throw on flaming brand, and aragorn’s bow, and you have an amazingly powerful aragorn... it is also great against cards like desperat defense of the ring! I love this card! |

this is my attempt to look cool.

Imagine this card with Aragorn, Thorongil and Aragorn’s Bow, Ranger’s Longbow! |
I had to put something here. |
