IMo I would make it -2, grima doesn’t win a lot of skirmishes.

Interesting. Hard to pull off, but when it does it certainly hurts. Nice.

I like the hunter bit. His other ability is cool, too. He’s well costed for his stats.

To be honest, I wouldn’t make it unique. How many times can Grima possibly win a skirmish? Very few, and it takes a lot in the circumstances in which he does.

Heh, I was kind of hoping for a Grima’s Dagger, but this will do. Maybe add: "...(or wound that companion if it has resistance 0)."

Nice cards, but with Wielding the Ring and Harmless, etc, these conditions might be to easy to fulfill. And then an Uruk Zealot? Ulaire Cantea, Black Assassin? Shocked I’m beginning to like this decktype.

2 Mercenaries from the Coast Men
Condition • Support Area
To play, spot a Men minion.
While you can spot 3 Men minions (or 6 companions), the Shadow has initiative.
Skirmish: Discard this condition to make a Men minion strength +2.

3 Corsair Fighter Men
Minion • Man
Strength: 9
Vitality: 2
Site Number: 4
Hunter 2.
While you have initiative, this minion is fierce.

5 •Captain of Umbar Men
Minion • Man
Strength: 11
Vitality: 3
Site Number: 4
Hunter 2.
Each Men hunter is strength +2 during a fierce skirmish.
Skirmish: Exert Captain of Umbar twice to make a Men minion fierce until the regroup phase.

Ouch! Something that powerful should either cost a little more or have a low cost of some kind at the end of each turn to keep it. Like "at the end of each turn, remove 1 or discard this condition" or "at the start of the regroup phase, if you cannot spot a Men minion, discard this condition". Bravo for the idea, though. GP

Nice, but I want to say that it’s somewhat undercosted, especially compared to More Unbearable. I’d take Dáin’s advice and have a drawback of some sort.
