It’s as I said, Reflections wasn’t out when I designed the format. But I don’t think twilight cost is a good limitation, maybe Strength would be. Or we could simply rule Sauron is out. We had Balrogs as R-bs, and that wasn’t too much trouble to bear with. Also, I forgot to list that I made a format called "Give it to the worthy", where we would simply select the r-b, from among any companion (Reflections wasn’t out by that time, remember?). Pretty funny one, Boromir, Lord of Gondor made up for a fine Ring-bearer in my  deck. |

Merry and Pippin format!
nothing but merry’s and pippins on the freep side and hobbit events and sites
possesions like Pippin’s Armor Pippin’s Sword Pippin’s Dagger and the same withe Merry! Sooooo?  |
